Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@oldmoney-wear.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the provided address. We have different return addresses depending on your region and will find the most convenient one based on your location. Return details and instructions will be provided via email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Three is no restocking fee . 

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method for shipping your return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do offer free size exchanges in some cases. If your item does not fit, please contact us at info@oldmoney-wear.com, and we’ll see how we can assist. For color or product changes, customers should return the item and place a new order.

Cancellations
Cancellations are not possible as our warehouse is fully automated. Shipping labels are generated and products forwarded within 12 hours of ordering. If an address, size, or variant change is needed, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@oldmoney-wear.com, and we’ll try to assist.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
